About the role:

Our Client is searching for an experienced Field Sales Representative to perform sales duties with focus on:

  1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients
  2. Setting appointments or close deals with clients
  3. Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule, call backs and future opportunities
  • Working with weekly KPIs and targets
  • Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects
  • Utilise CRM and entry systems
  • Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns including manual internet leads
  • Manage the customers through lead generation , pipeline management, organisation, effective communication and strong listening skills.
  • Utilise, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques
  • Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor’s offerings.
Desired Skills and Experience 
  • A proven diploma/degree in any relevant institution and a drive to succeed.
  • At least 2 years experience in field sales role
  • Hard-working
  • Good attitude and approach to work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively across boundaries.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office
Compensation:

The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
