We are seeking a WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER with a strong background in supply chain management to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Ensure optimal use of warehouse space through effective layout and storage strategies.
3. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.
4. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock counts.
5. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory using warehouse management systems.
7. Plan deliveries, optimize transport routes, and coordinate with suppliers, transport providers and customers to minimize costs and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
8. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain efficiency.
9. Generate regular reports on warehouse and logistics performance metrics.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
11. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
12. Develop and monitor the warehouse and logistics budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.
3. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and software proficiency.
4. Commitment to upholding integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
