Purpose of The Role:
This job exists to add value to the company through obtaining relevant paperwork key to selling a vehicle at the point of receiving a vehicle right through to auctioning/selling. Supervision of staff to ensure productivity is a must. An eye for detail and an ability to forecast and multitask in this fast paced environment will be requirements of the role.

Reporting Structure:
- Reporting to: Vehicles Manager
- Supervision of: Vehicle Receivers and Salesmen
- Interacts with: Senior Management team, All Supervisors, internal and external Clients

Principal Accountabilities:
- Completion of all valuations for sale or other purposes
- Ensures accuracy of vehicle information entered into the system
- Having meetings and checks with the checkers and salesman
- Ensuring effective Communication.
- Vehicles valet monitoring and material usage controls.
- Plugging revenue leakages through effective collection of entry fees, towing and other administrative fees.
- Document follow ups.
- Making sure that auctions run smoothly through verification of vehicle information.
- Ensuring all the necessary clearances are done on each vehicle I.e police clearances, RTSA, ZRA.
- Ensuring external service providers are paid for on time that is (i.e valet staff and towing companies).
- Following up and formulating client contracts.
- Dealing with day-to-day client and customer queries.
- Performance appraisals and staff motivation
Minimum Hiring Standards:
Education
- Advanced Level certificate or, similar level diploma
- Or, Qualifications by Experience – minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Experience:
- Leading teams
- Dealing with clients
- Handling and resolving complaints/issues
- Computer literacy – proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
