In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

Job Title: Teller (B8), Kitwe (x1) & Lusaka (x1)

Reporting to the Branch Manager the Job holder will be responsible for making payments to customers and receiving deposits in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures relating to branch teller services.

Key deliverables include:

• Cash activities: deposit taking, withdraw pay-outs, verification of cash transactions, and reconciliation of cash register.
• Customer Service and Customer onboarding: Cross selling Bank Products, educating customers on Bank processes and procedures, timeous response and escalation of customer requests and proactive complaint handling.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent.
• Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Two Years (2) years relevant experience.
