Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy softwares according to project requirements and timelines.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent practical experience.
– Technical Skills and Experience Required for the Role
Technical Skills
– Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
– Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for developing dynamic web applications.
– Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby for implementing back-end logic and APIs.
– Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for storing and managing data.
– Understanding of web technologies and standards, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and JSON for data exchange.
– Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management.
– Knowledge of Progressive Web App (PWA) principles and best practices, including service workers, web app manifest, and offline caching.
– Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including code minification, lazy loading, and image optimization.
– Familiarity with security principles and best practices for web applications, including HTTPS encryption, cross-site scripting (XSS) prevention, and data sanitization.
– Proficient in using developer tools and debugging techniques for troubleshooting and optimizing PWAs across different browsers and devices.
Nice to Have:
– Experience working in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
– Familiarity with coding, developing applications/software etc!
