
Zambia Gold Company Limited
Kasenseli Gold Limited (KGL) was established on 9th December 2020. It is majority owned by Zambia Gold Company Limited (ZGCL) with 70% shareholding. Other shareholders are PCB Mining Limited with a shareholding of 12.5%, Kampoko Resource with a shareholding of 12.5%, and the Chief Chibwika Chiefdom Trust (on behalf of the Chief Chibwika Community) holding the remaining 5%.
The Company was established with the sole purpose to oversee the mining activities at the kasenseli Mine in Mwinilunga District
In order to achieve this mission, the Company invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are innovative, energetic, and performance-driven to fill the following positions for Kasenseli Gold Limited.
Technical Officer x1

Reports to:Â General Manager
Job Purpose
To provide mining and technical services to the gold mining activities on the company’s mining license (s).
Main Duties
a. To monitor and provide expertise on gold mining activities being conducted on the Company’s existing licenses including exploration, mining processing and production.
b. Periodically update the General Manager on mining operations on KGC’s license (s) through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
c. Ensure mining operators adhere to mining and safety guidelines as provided for by mining regulations
d. Advise management from time to time on technical issues pertaining to mining activities.
e. In liaison with Zambia Gold Company’s technical team, work to improve on mining activities on the mining license (s).
Qualifications and experience
a. Professional Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree (or its equivalent ) in Mining, Mineral Processing or Geology
b. Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
- 5 years practical experience in a busy environment involving precious minerals.
c. Skill Specifications:
- Communication skills
- Computer skills
