MATERNITY COVER
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our team as Maternity Cover Teachers for the roles of Early Years Teacher and Learning Support Teacher. These positions are ideal for passionate educators with a commitment to nurturing young learners and supporting individual educational needs.
1. Early Years Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Position Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Start Date: 1st January 2025
End Date: 20th April 2025
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for early years students.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent educational development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in early years teaching.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Learning Support Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Position Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Start Date: 1st January 2025
End Date: 20th April 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Develop and adapt educational materials to meet students’ needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate support strategies within the classroom.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Learning Support, or a related field. • Previous experience working with students with special educational needs Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
