Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions
  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and data
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various recruitment channels
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Must have a valid driving license
