Position: Stores & Dispatch Officer (01)

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and dispatch goods in good condition
• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, and other dispatch processes
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction are met
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Basic computer and math skills
• In-depth understanding of company standards
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to work both independently and under supervision
• Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
• Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or Cert. in Record keeping
