Job Title: Steel sales supervisor
Position Purpose: Leading the marketing team to accomplish marketing and sales objectives.
Job Responsibilities (KRA):
1. Recommend products and prices to customers.
2. Forward customers’ orders to customer service officer to proceed orders timely.
3. Visit customers and maintain customer relationships. Collect suggestions from customers and report to supervisors.
4. Search for new customers, verify basic information and purchasing ability of new customers. Build relationships.
5. Measure our products and competitors’ products
6. Get to know market and competitor prices of the same products and report to supervisors.
7. Develop new products by recommendation from customers and observation in market. Collect new information of products specification, package, price, marketing channel, market sales volume. Report to supervisors.
8. Help to finish team seasonal monthly weekly goal and to train new employees (team building.)
9. Help the Sales manager about daily work.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
Education, Professional & Work Experience
- Any Business Related Course or Program.
- one or more years Sales Related experience.
- Steel related work experience is an added advantage.
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills.
