JOB VACANCY – Station Supervisor

- Supervising day-to-day operations: Overseeing the activities at the station, ensuring efficiency, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team management: Leading, training, and motivating a team of employees to achieve goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Customer service: Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Inventory and logistics: Managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating logistics for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Compliance and safety: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates for this position might need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
