Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar PV systems

Support senior technicians with site assessments and system troubleshooting

Conduct basic electrical checks and safety inspections

Participate in project planning, documentation, and reporting

Learn and apply best practices in solar energy technologies
Required Qualifications & Skills

Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical principles

Certificate, diploma, or ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field

Ability to use basic electrical tools and equipment

Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must be based in Lusaka

Ready to start immediately
Added Advantage

Previous hands-on experience with solar installations (even minimal)

Knowledge of inverter configurations and battery technologies

Understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage

Valid driver’s license (optional but beneficial)
