Job Description:

SaaSnovations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand the market presence of SYNC POS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, a deep understanding of the POS industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Identify and target new business opportunities to expand SYNC POS market share.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the POS or retail technology sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
