To deliver best in-class service to employees and implement and monitor Human Resource Operations’ service delivery strategy by providing HR shared services by Providing functional support, data entry, training, troubleshooting and guidance for the Oracle Human Resources Information Systems.


  • • Ensuring data correctness and completeness in the Human Resource Management System.
  • • Ensuring the maintenance of employee lifecycle data management and Data base management.
  • • Maintaining and developing custom reports exclusively from the Human Resource Management System /automated tool to meet management reporting requirements.
  • • Facilitating new Joining employee set up– new joiner formalities and creating new employees in the Human Resource Management System.
  • • Ensuring the termination of exiting employees in the Human Resource Management System and raising system deactivation tickets for IT deactivation.
  • • Conducting monthly attrition analysis.
  • • Managing HR processes & system automation implementation
  • • Ensuring employee personal records validation and the prompt updating of eDocs.
  • • Identifying Human Resource Information Systems/automation training needs of end users and providing such learning interventions on a regular basis.
  • • Providing guidance and support to employees on relevant Human Resource Management System and automations queries.
  • • Managing information security enrolment (ID creation, Email address, system access and full registration of all new joiners & deletion of all exited staff).
  • • Managing the local HR Helpdesk and maintaining a one stop shop for all HR queries.
  • • Managing Exit Approval & Check list compliance adherence.
  • • Managing HR Automated systems and Audits
  • • Coordinating Monthly HR provision input & other unit cost to Finance
  • • Managing Human Resource Documentation


Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Data Analytics, or related field.
  • • High degree of computer literacy (E-mail, Internet, etc.) and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • • Certification in Human Resource is an added advantage.
  • • Knowledge of Oracle HRMS.
  • • Numerate and Artistic skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • • Skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing.
  • • Skills in using computers, and human resources related software applications.
  • • Skills in data analyzing and problem solving.
  • • Ability to work independently.
  • • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
  • • Good communication skills.
  • • Reasoning ability.

Relevant Experience:

  • • 1 – 3 years of Human Resources and Administration experience in a multinational business environment in an HR Generalist role with at least 1 years’ experience in managing HRIS and implementing sound Human Resource Information system and policies.
