Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical backup and advice to Commercial farmers, Agro dealers and to Agricultural Institutions
  • Sales & Marketing of crop protection chemicals with the goal to achieve sales objectives /targets for the region.
  • Seasonal product demand & sales forecast for the region
  • General management of the region, which includes stock management, debtor collection and sales strategy & implementation.
  • Technical Support and training to the Agronomy team. (Internal capacity building)
  • Conducting product trials development and assessments – including new products.
  • Coordination of field days and training of farmers. (External capacity building)
  • Maintain industry awareness regarding technical developments via networking, personal development and trainings
  • Brand management & promotion


  • 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of crop management, soil science, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
