EMU TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead and mentor our engineering team for a short-term engagement of 1–2 months. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical direction, architecture decisions, and research into scalable, high-performance application development.
Key Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a development team
• Solid experience with AWS and Docker in production environments
• Full-stack development expertise
• Proficiency in:
– Golang
– Flutter
– React
– Kotlin (Native Android development)
• Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic consumer applications (e.g., social media, video streaming, or similar platforms)
• Ability to conduct technical research, evaluate tools and architectures, and make informed recommendations
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and system design
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Guide system architecture and technology decisions
• Conduct research on modern, scalable application technologies
• Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams
This role is ideal for a senior engineer who can quickly assess requirements, provide strategic direction, and help establish a strong technical foundation within a limited timeframe.
