You will report to the Distribution sales Manager of the Company or any other Executive Officer of the Company whom the General Manager may nominate. You will discharge all the duties and responsibilities entrusted to you diligently, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of the Distribution sales Manager or any other Executive Officer of the Company nominated by the General Manager
Duties
Well management of the route or territory assigned to him or her.
To achieve the set targets and ensure achievement of other objectives assigned to him or her on a daily basis.
Ensure the DR follows the journey plan when servicing the market on a daily basis.
Ensure all the customers listed on the journey plan are visited and sold to.
Ensure both strike and daily call rates are attained on daily basis
Ensure any company gadget given to the DR is well looked after.
Qualification
Grade 12 certificate
Basic Sales certificate
2 years work experience
