What We’re Looking For:
As a Sales Manager at KIZ, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals.

- Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of general insurance products
- Must have a valid driver’s license
