Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Overseeing the activities and performances of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
  • Promoting the organization and its products.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling by keeping current with supply and demand.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Advising sales agents and dealers on policies and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Understand the ideal customers and how the relate to the business and its products.
  • Design and implement sales plans that expands company’s customer base.
  • Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in Planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Proven track record of positive sales and performance
  • Experience with Microsoft word
