Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Overseeing the activities and performances of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
- Promoting the organization and its products.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling by keeping current with supply and demand.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Advising sales agents and dealers on policies and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understand the ideal customers and how the relate to the business and its products.
- Design and implement sales plans that expands company’s customer base.
- Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
