First Alliance Bank is hiring for a SALES EXECUTIVE (10) 2 NDOLA, 2 KITWE, 6 LUSAKA.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell our banking products and services. The ideal candidate will actively engage potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions to achieve sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Identify, assess and enrol new Agents
  • Manage the performance of Agents in his/ her area of operations.
  • Maintain and manage business relationship with Agents
  • Support customers in the branch on our digital platforms banking usage.
  • Conduct regular visits (at least once a week) to Agents and communicate to them on FAB promotions, new policies or any other news from FAB relevant to their business
  • Ensure marketing material and signage is properly displayed and used by the Agent
  • Be the branch key person in provision of digital products and services
  • Ensuring compliance to the Anti-Money Laundering Act and Know Your Customer (KYC) policy and compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Create, implement, and monitor sales plans and hold daily sales meetings
  • Managing the promotion of all bank products and services and resolving of customer queries.
  • Identify potential strategic partnerships / relationships to enhance market share
  • Follow-up to track scheduling of appointments with customers
  • Maintain oversight of call reports generated
  • Participate in conducting economic and commercial research to identify potential markets for products and services

Preferred Qualification:

  • Diploma in Banking or a Business/ Commercial field.
  • A Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a member of relevant professional body (i.e. ZIBFS, ZICA, etc)
  • Should at least have a minimum of 3 years experience in business development, channels
  • growth usage and Agents/Merchant Relationship Management in a well-established commercial bank/Institution.
  • Should be well exposed SME banking.
  • Must have proven record of growing the business.
  • Must be fully conversant with Statutory Banking Rules and Regulations.
  • Should be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
