Job Description

Mezya Security Solutions Limited is a national Security Solutions Company duly registered with all statutory authorities. We deal in security by providing manned guarding, rapid response, alarm installations and monitoring, CCTV installations and monitoring and travel security detailing. The company is fast expanding in Livingstone and now in Lusaka. We are looking to fill the position of Sales Executive Officers. The main roles and responsibility of officers in this position will be to identify and close sales with new clients and to ensure continued expansion of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promoting all company products through increasing emphasis on new sales of innovative security solutions
• Confirming appointments, quotations, and  orders with potential clients
• Booking installations, service and survey visits to client’s premises
• Customer relationships management
• Keeping track of the sales from initial sale to closing of the sale

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a “people person”
• Professionalism in presentation and communication etiquette
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
• Professionalism, excellent customer service and dedicated
• Sales and customer oriented, self-driven, positive and confident
• Ability to meet targets with understanding of results based contracting
• Willingness to be part of a busy, hard-working team
• Be a goal getter, innovative, quick thinker and problem solving skills
• Willing to undergo psychometric testing / pre-employment screening
