Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for martial arts, fitness, and customer service, with a knack for sales. Your role will involve promoting our classes, memberships, and programs to prospective students and their families, helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and special programs.
Assist with follow-ups and maintain relationships with current members.
Provide information about our classes, instructors, and facilities.
Attend community events and promote the academy.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in fitness or martial arts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for martial arts and fitness is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, offering a competitive commission structure based on sales performance. The more you sell, the more you earn!
