Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate located in Lusaka. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing and executing marketing campaigns. The Sales and Marketing Associate will also work closely with other teams within the organization to achieve sales targets and promote the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
