Core Description

Responsible for the management of the full sales cycle for defined segment and customer base. Responsible for achieving or exceeding the new and existing business target. Maximize relationship building opportunities with customers and improve the image of the segment and that of BCX Zambia.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Develop, review, communicate and monitor an effective client strategy
  • Design and execute on the account plan
  • Effectively manage the sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives within the agreed budgets
  • Manage accounts by monitoring the level of client satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of a product or service
  • Manage and conclude tender proposals and requests
  • Manage post-sales implementation
  • Ensure data quality and integrity on Sales trackers and systems is kept at the agreed levels
  • Establish and enhance relationships with strategic customers and partners, with the aim of creating market dominance
  • Drive customer experience improvement of the segment

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree/ diploma (NQF 6) e.g. (Information Technology / Sales /Marketing)

OR

  • Grade 12

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years ICT Sales and Customer Relationship Management experience is required
  • A minimum of 5 years ICT Sales and Customer Relationship Management experience is required
