Retail sales representatives

Our Client is looking for vibrant, well-spoken young professionals to join their team as retail sales representatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Carry out sales and marketing activities in the store.
• Inform customers of all sales and promotional activities.
• Arrange advertising material in store when needed.
• Networking with customers to establish and nurture lasting relationships.
• Handling customer queries and complaints as they arise.
• Compile and review customer profile.
• Keep the Request Book updated at all times.
• Carry out market research to understand market needs, increase customer base, and ensure that the business responds to customers’ needs.
• Assist in advertising and promotions.
• Assist in daily sales and marketing.
• Assist in compiling weekly reports (expenses, Requests, sales, etc).
• Assist on administration matters and ensure that the store is clean at all times
• Research and sensitise management about new fashion trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications;

• Minimum 5 credits grade 12 Certificate including mathematics and English.
• A diploma in Business Studies Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience working in a clothing store will be an added advantage.
