Key Responsibilities:
- Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, including personal details, academic history, grades, and transcripts.
Registration and Enrollment: Oversee the registration process for new and returning students, ensuring that enrollment procedures are followed efficiently. - Scheduling and Course Management: Manage course schedules, classroom assignments, and coordinate with faculty to ensure course availability.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Graduation and Certification: Verify that students have met graduation requirements, process graduation applications, and issue diplomas and certificates.
- Customer Service: Provide support and information to students, faculty, and staff regarding academic policies, registration procedures, and other related queries.
Knowledge and Experience
- Substantial and successful experience of managing at a senior level including promoting and managing change.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the sector and the issues and challenges
- Proven track record of success
- Experience working with a wide range of strategic stakeholders
- Experience in representing further education
- Master’s degree
- Experience in administration
