  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft package, i.e. Excel and Word
  • Over 2 years working experience in sales
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills and must be able to speak Chewa
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Manage partner relationships in the Eastern Province
  • Manage sales targets as assigned
  • Manage agent relationships within assigned locations to maximize productivity and agency operation
  • Continually develop new business by cultivating new and existing agent relationships to increase share of business
