ABOUT THE POSITION:

A leading fertilizer company is seeking to recruit three (3) Regional Managers to oversee sales, distribution, and customer engagement across assigned regions. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated professionals with strong agribusiness or fertilizer marketing experience, capable of driving regional sales targets, managing dealer networks, and supporting the growth of agricultural productivity through product knowledge and farmer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead regional sales operations to achieve business targets and market share growth.
  • Develop and manage dealer and distributor relationships within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular market assessments, farmer demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  • Provide agronomic support and technical advice to farmers and distributors.
  • Prepare regional sales forecasts and monitor stock levels in coordination with the logistics team.
  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns as guided by the Commercial Department.
  • Supervise and coach field sales staff to ensure performance and accountability.
  • Analyze competitor activity and recommend corrective strategies to management.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales and performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fertilizer sales, agricultural input marketing, or agribusiness management.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and dealer networks.
  • Good understanding of regional farming systems and crop nutrition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM/sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
