Regional Business Line Manager Parts and Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the profitability and growth of the Parts & Service division in the region, overseeing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet operations.
• Develop comprehensive business plans, revenue forecasts, and budgets, aligning with current and future equipment fleet requirements.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Technical Service, and Training teams to optimize outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving recruitment, competency development, and succession planning initiatives.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Commercial, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of eight years of management experience, demonstrating a track record of delivering successful results and leading teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of mining equipment and applications, spanning both surface and underground segments.
• Proven expertise in marketing, sales, and business management, with a focus on driving results and achieving profitability.
• Willingness to travel as needed to develop relationships and support business objectives.
