We are hiring: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Lusaka

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Lusaka office. This role combines front desk duties with administrative support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will play a key role in:
• Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors
• Handling calls, emails, mail, and deliveries
• Providing general clerical and administrative support
• Assisting with meeting coordination and office records
• Supporting office supplies, facilities, and general upkeep

We are looking for someone with:
• A Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken English
