Process Engineering Lead

To lead a team of process engineers and analysts responsible for analysis of projects and processes that will drive the implementation of projects across the business

• Minimum Qualification – Relevant Degree in Informatics or equivalent
• Preferred Qualification – Recognized Process Analysis, Optimisation certification or similar
• Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior management level

  • Provide and maintain subject matter expertise

  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group
  • Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives
  • Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in area of responsibility
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Set tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goals
  • Develop or improve effective business processes
  • Develop new insights, into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements
  • Ensure the development, alignment and implementation of end-to-end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement
