1. Must be 25 years old and above
2. Must be a Christian with at least 5 years testimony of Christian faith
3. Degree in Education
4. Fluent in English, both reading and writing
5. Minimum of 3 years work experience in this field teaching either grades from 1-7
6. Must have (or be willing to obtain) training and experience necessary to develop consistent, stable, and supportive relationships with parents of children in our program.
7. Must have a valid teacher’s licenses
To work in collaboration with the Primary Coordinator to create a flexible primary program and ensure that class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper primary in accordance with each student’s ability; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.
