Jubaili Agrotec Limited is growing, and we are looking to strengthen our POS Audit team by adding an additional POS Auditor in Zambia.
This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong auditing and field experience who can oversee multiple Points of Sale, ensure compliance, and support operational efficiency across our network.

Role Overview:

The POS Auditor will be responsible for auditing stock and financial transactions, reviewing POS compliance, monitoring system functionality, and conducting regular field visits to branches, commercial farms, and clients. The role also involves preparing reports, following up on corrective actions, and working closely with internal teams to improve processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in POS audit, operations supervision, or field-based roles
• Strong financial reconciliation and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS/billing systems
• Willingness to travel and manage multi-site operations
• High integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
