Bachelor’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning or any Related Field .
Responsibilities
- Preparation of subdivision layout plan.
- Application for change of land use to the planning authority where applicable. Approval of subdivision layout plan by planning authority.
- Subdivision of the approved layout plan for numbering to ministry of land & natural resources.
