Part-time Lead LMS Administrator (Moodle)

Role Summary:

Ali Tech is seeking a Moodle Administrator to manage and support Moodle-based e-learning platforms for schools, training institutions, and community programs. This role offers hands-on experience with e-learning systems, reporting, and user support, while contributing to impactful education projects.

Key Duties:

  • Install, configure, and manage Moodle platforms
  • Set up courses, users, and roles
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users
  • Ensure system security, backups, and performance
  • Generate usage reports and analytics

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise administering an LMS (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone, or similar)
  • Experience with SCORM/xAPI or e-learning publishing tools
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG)
  • Experience supporting K–12 educators, education nonprofits, or professional learning environments
  • Ability to mentor, train, and guide users
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, patience, and service mindset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma or degree in ICT, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field
