Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance Execution: Deliver 100% of scheduled maintenance tasks across all customer sites to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- On-Site Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting, testing, and repair services for pumps and mechanical equipment, resolving 95% of issues on the first visit.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation: Maintain 100% adherence to international quality standards for all work performed. Accurately interpret technical schematics and ensure complete documentation for every job.
- Failure Analysis & Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and deliver timely actionable failure assessment reports, providing recommendations to prevent future issues.
- Safety Leadership: Uphold a strong safety culture by conducting daily inspections, proactively addressing risks, and ensuring clients receive all necessary safety information.
- Project Implementation: Design, install, and commission new lubricant dispensing setups and pipeline systems at customer and industrial sites.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in industrial operations or maintenance, preferably within lubricants, oil & gas, or petrochemical sectors.
- Hands-on expertise with lubricant dispensing systems (bulk tanks, pumps, meters, hose reels, automated systems).
- Proven experience in designing, installing, and commissioning technical equipment at customer sites.
Skills:
- Proficiency in reading P&IDs, technical drawings, and installation manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex engineering issues.
- Knowledge of pipeline engineering, maintenance reliability, and industry safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
