We are a real estate company that is also into land development.

We are looking to hire an Office Administrative Assistant.

Job Location: Ndola
Reporting To: Branch Manager

Job description:
In this role the office admin assistant will assist the Ndola branch office, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly Sales Reports.
Responsibilities:
Notify debtors by letter, email of phone calls of outstanding invoices.

Negotiate Payment Plans and settlements with debtors including fixing terms and conditions.

Make notifications in clients accounts of interaction, such as payments or purchasing activities?

Initiate legal action against debtors who evade or refuse repayment according to the terms and conditions.

Arrange for account statements to be forwarded to clients each month
Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements

Preparing receipts and invoices for all payments and inquiries.

Analytical and strategic thinking.

Qualifications:

Diploma in business, accounting, management or related
Advanced diploma preferred
Proven track record of good work performance
Firm Grasp of modern management skills and tactics
Understanding of industry laws and regulations
Excellent organisation and leadership skills
Experience with managing resources.
