Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a National Sales Manager at Airlink Broadband Ltd. based in Lusaka, with flexibility for some remote work. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations and strategies across the country. You will develop and implement sales plans, train and motivate the sales team, and build strong relationships with key clients. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, meet targets, and contribute to the overall business success.


  • Prior experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
