1. Procurement Coordinator x1
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the right suppliers of goods and services.
- Analyse and consolidate requisitions for purchasing in accordance with company policy.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers that are favourable to the company.
- Liaise with other departments regarding specifications of the goods required.
- Obtain quotations, create purchase orders and tally these with purchase requisitions.
- Analyse invoices to ensure the accuracy of the goods delivered.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
- Maintain an approved supplier listing and reviewing them quarterly.
- Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods is as expected.
- Oversee the monthly stock count.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- With a Minimum Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum of two years of working experience, preferably in FMCG
- Computer literacy

2. Extension Officer (x2)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the out growers Manager on the day to day running of the farms.
- Take responsibility of the site on the assistant out growers Managers days off.
- To liaise with the out growers manager to ensure all procedures are completely and correctly implemented.
- Producing chicken to the highest standard.
- Ensuring the highest level of Bird Welfare and Bio Security.
- Maintaining safe working practices.
- Ensuring all aspect of running the farm are met
- Ensuring high standard maintenance of all equipment
- To ensure that all farm production reports are correctly and fully presented on time, being weekly and monthly.
Qualifications
- With a Minimum Certificate in Agriculture related discipline
- Minimum of five years of working experience in chicken industry
- Computer literacy.

3. Data Entry Clerk x1
Key Responsibilities
- Dry Offs Overdue- Animals still lactating and have passed the projected dry date.
- Â Calving Overdue-Pregnant animals and should have calved already.
- Low Yields- Animal still lactating but latest yields are below the minimum.
- Breeding Overdue- Animal is not mated and beyond the specified days since calving or birth.
- Steam-Up Overdue -Animal is due for steam up and she is not in the steam up production group.
- Heat overdue.
- On a monthly basis supply the steaming and young stock supervisors with the growth weight list for weighing the young stock and make sure data is entered into the system.
- Compilation of herd forecast.
Qualifications
- With a Minimum Degree in Animal Science
- Minimum of two years of work experience as a Data Entry Clerk at the dairy farm
- Computer literacy, Microsoft excel, excel and word

4. Clerks (x2)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing scale labels for production
- Preparing register for salaries
- Â Preparing attendance summary compliment
- Preparing stores purchase orders
- Stock take input into the system
- Opening production songs
- Preparation of employee sick notes and keeping records
- Â Offering first aid to employees
- Rectifying problems identified with tags in abaserve with provided rights
- Participating in all traceability exercises and mock recalls
- Entry of production figures and closing of productions in the absence of processing manager
Qualifications
- With a Minimum Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum of one year of work experience as a Clerk
- Computer literacy

5. Accountant Payables x 1
Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures.
- Â Match purchase orders, supplier invoices and GRVs when processing payments.
- Collect statements and reconcile the payable accounts on a monthly basis. Resolve any discrepancies detected promptly.
- Ensure payments are scheduled systematically in line with company policy.
- Â Generally, respond to all supplier enquiries.
- Produce a monthly payables aged analysis schedule and other payables reports.
- Â Perform any other tasks requested by the superior.
Qualifications
- With a Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of two years of working experience, preferably in FMCG
- Computer literacy & experienced with Microsoft excel
