1. ELECTRICIAN – ZAMHATCH IN MPONGWE DISTRICT OF COPPERBELT (x1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Carrying out all electrical maintenance works on farms at rearing, laying and hatchery
- Carrying out all electrical construction works on farms at rearing, laying and hatchery
- Carrying out all daily checklists and reporting to immediate supervisor if there are any electrical faults in the operations of the machines being checked.
- Making sure that all safety and health procedures are followed at all the times
- Helping to keep a health and safe environment by observing housekeeping and doing preventive maintenance carried out once every month.
- Responding to reported electrical faults immediately, more especially those that are associated with water and feeding of chickens.
- Responsible for safe keeping of all tools and equipment allocated to you.
- Reporting to the immediate supervisor for all the needed spares so that they can be raised for the work to be done.
- Performing general electrical maintenance
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full grade 12 certificate with at least 5 credits
- Must have a minimum qualification of a craft certificate in electrical engineering
- Must be paid up and registered member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia
- Must be computer literate
- At least 2 years’ experience working as an Electrician or equivalent
The Required Attributes Include:
- Must be able to design and write electrical circuits on paper
- Good knowledge of various testing equipment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good knowledge in dealing with all electrical situations and problems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
2. AUTO ELECTRICIAN– CHIAWA (x1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Diagnosing and undertaking electrical repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Undertaking electrical installation of accessories and ancillary equipment on a wide variety of vehicles
- Testing and repairing digital control systems including ABS controls.
- Servicing and repairing ancillary parts and equipment as required.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full grade 12 Certificate
- Craft Certificate in Auto Electrical from a recognized institution
- More than two years’ experience
- Computer literacy
The Required Attributes Include:
- Being Mechanical Inclined
- Good knowledge of Light/Heavy Duty Machines including all Farm Implements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
3. ACCOUNTING CLERK – HUNTLEY FARM (x1)
The required Skills for this Role Include:
- Raising External/Internal Orders.
- Accurate and complete data capturing
- Disbursing cash to departmental staff in line with company policy
- Receiving and verifying retirements from users and processing replenishments based of verified returns
- Managing cash balances ensuring the safety thereof judiciously
- Reconciling all movements and cash balances regularly
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Entry Level Professional Qualification or equivalent and actively upgrading to ACCA/ZICA/CIMA or first degree
- Minimum three years’ experience in cash, debtors and creditors management
- Knowledge of ERP packages specifically Pastel Evolution and strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills

4. WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR – HUNTLEY FARM (x1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Conducted a complete weighing cycle (1stempty weight and 2nd load weight or 3rd weight when necessary)
- Accurately use weighing equipment
- Capturing of supplier and customer details (vehicle and personal)
- Capturing and indicating destination of transactions
- Verification of customer / supplier details
- Report all concerns and variances in real time
- Submit daily variance report by close of day
- Reporting any changes of particulars of supplier/ customer invoice / DNotes
- Uphold good character and practice sound judgement at all times
The Required Qualifications are:
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Must be computer literate
- Certificate in Logistics and transport
- Must have a Grade 12 Certificate
The Required Attributes Include:
- Ability to use a computer
- Human relations skills
- Interacts with staff requiring tact and diplomacy
- Written skills
- Updates weighbridge reports
- Numerical/computation
5. LOGISTICS ASSISTANTS – HUNTLEY FARM (x2)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Accurately preparing job request forms
- Daily progress reports of vehicle sent to the workshop
- Testos Analysis (temperature Downloading & Programing)
- Identifying underperforming vehicles and escalating (utilization)
- Posting result on the trip review sheet
- Accurate and complete data capturing
- Variance escalation to supervisors
- Closing all pending transactions (weighing)
- Constantly monitoring movements on Geotab. (on time vehicle and temperature tracking)
The Required Qualifications are:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant Transport & Logistics
- Must be computer literate
- Certificate in Logistics and transport
- Must have a Grade 12 Certificate
The Required Attributes Include:
- Familiar with Zambeef products and food industry business.
- Understand the principles of effective customer service process
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Self-management skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft office word, excel, power point
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Time management skills (achieves objectives within given time limits)
