Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintenance of financial information and submitting financial returns to the appropriate regulators and other external interested parties in orders to ensure that the MFZ meets its statutory obligations within stipulated time frames.
Designation: Accounts Assistant-1
Reporting Line: Management Accountant

Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for the facilitation of smooth operations of MFZ through timely payments.
Designation: Assistant Credit Manager -Arrears management-1
Reporting Line: Head of Credit
Business Unit: Credit Department
Location : Lusaka
Job Purpose:
To assist with managing the organization’s arrears book including recoveries and be responsible for coordinating activities by the staff in the arrears unit; reporting timeously to senior management on the performance of the unit; to set and track arrears management goals, objectives, and performance targets.
Designation: Marketing Officer -1
Reporting Line: Marketing Manager
Business Unit: Marketing Department
Location: Lusaka
Job Purpose:
Micro Finance Zambia Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, attracting new customers, and retaining existing clients. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, conducting market research, managing social media channels, and assisting in the creation of promotional materials.
