We are taking interns for the following positions

1. Finance Intern:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

2. Programmes Intern:

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program related to  Social Sciences.
  • Knowledge in concept and proposal development will be considered an  advantage
  • Knowledge of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings.
  • Enthusiasm for social impact and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized communities.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation Intern:

  • Pursuing or recently completed studies in Social Science
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with program teams to collect and analyze data.
  • Interest in utilizing data for evidence-based decision-making.

4. IT & Graphics Intern:

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge in Animation development  will be considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
