1. Senior Contracts/HVAC-R Manager

TO HEAD HVAC-R PROJECTS & CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT MANAGING 80 ENGINEERS & TECHNICIANS AS WELL AS ALL HVAC-R PROJECTS.

The suitable candidate must possess:

• Fully conversant in HVAC-R engineering (both design and practical installation) and after sales and maintenance experience.
• Well versed in VRV/VRF systems installation and designs.
• Profound Refrigeration and Cold Room designing and installation experience.
• Exposure to major projects in HVAC-R .
• Must have sales exposure and manage clients, customers and full HVAC-R Department.
• Full knowledge of complex chiller systems and designs.
• Must be able to compile tenders and quotations for large projects.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in Managerial position.
• Preferred experience in sub- Saharan African countries.
• Minimum age 40 years.–

2. Projects and Contracts Manager – Elevator & Escalator

The suitable candidate must possess:

• As minimum a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or similar technical qualification
• Must have at least 10-15 years’ experience with at least 6 years in Managerial position
• A profound technical and practical knowledge in installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
• Hands-on expertise with working on design, drawings and AutoCAD programs
• Ability to use the most advanced technology, and constantly strive to improve quality as per international set standards.
• A creative and innovative approach to problem solving
• Experience in Technical Training of the Employees.
• In-depth experience on Projects and Site Management.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with Clients & Suppliers.
• Customer Satisfaction driven orientation
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Sales and marketing skills, experience on compiling and submitting tenders for projects.
• Experience with TKE (formerly ThyssenKrupp Elevators) made Escalators & Elevators is an added and well appreciated advantage
• Minimum age 40 years and above

3. Aftersales, Operations And Services Manager

The suitable candidate must:

• Fully qualified HVAC-R engineering or Technologist Degree/Certificate, fully conversant with HVAC-R installations and after sales and maintenance
• Profound knowledge in reading AutoCAD drawing.
• Profound Refrigeration and Cold Room designing and installation knowledge
• Profound HVAC-R and troubleshooting experience
• Conversant in Marketing and Customer Management
• Must be able to compile tenders and quotations.
• Stock Management and must have the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• At least a Minimum 8 years’ exposure with at least 3 years in a senior position
• Computer Literate with good command of Word, Excel and Outlook

4. Services Leadman (x2)

The suitable candidate must:

• Fully qualified HVAC-R engineering or Technologist Diploma/Certificate, fully conversant with HVAC-R installations and after sales and maintenance
• Profound HVAC-R and troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on installation, fault-finding / repair and service works
• Stock Management and must have the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• At least a Minimum 5 years’ exposure
• Computer Literate with good command of Word, Excel and Outlook
