Below are the available Job positions.

1. Sales and Marketing Agent.

We are looking for a sales and marketing agent to spear head selling of our Software products.

The sales agent will be required to be:

  • Organizing sales visits
  • Research and analyzing sales options
  • Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
  • Demonstrating and presenting our software products to various clients to drive a sale.
  • Establishing new business opportunities/prospects
  • Maintaining accurate records of customers and prospects.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • Spear Head sales of our Point of Sale Software, Hotel Management Systems, HR and Payroll, Payment Systems as well as other software applications.

Required Skills.

  • Certificate  / diploma in sales and marketing.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • At least one year experience in sales and marketing.

2. Software Developer.

Job Description.

  • Creating new applications or APIs to enhance existing applications
  • Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, researching
    solutions, making recommendations, designing, and implementing solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  • Database and application tuning
  • Managing and maintaining user/system documentation
  • Conducting end user training, support, and feedback evaluation
  • Assist others in the use of software engineering tools to support process
    improvements.
  • Develop any other software’s required by the company.
  • Maintain existing software’s and perform customizations on software’s as per customers requirements.

Job Requirements.

Job Description.

To handle all customer care interactions by providing consistent standards of service to Chesco tech customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective selling and to build and retain excellent customer relationships.

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction through consistent standards of service excellence through implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer relationship management by resolving customer queries, selling, retention and relationship building.
  • Promote Chesco Tech brand image by managing service delivery aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Adhere to good work ethics.
