1. Job Title: KEY ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE

JOB PURPOSE:

The Key Accounts Representative will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high-volume clients.
• Understand key clients’ needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
• Address and resolve key clients’ complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email, and other methods to meet sales targets.
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiation and handle administrative processes.
• Generate reports on sales activity, account status, and potential issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts for third-party channels.
• Communicate and collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure key clients’ needs are met.
• Perform any other duties incidental to the position.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience and customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Assertiveness and confidence, goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and polite in tough situations.
• Practical exposure to different farm management systems is a plus.

2. Job Title: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Execute preventative maintenance program on the shop floor.
• Work hand in hand with the production manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Implement 5S.
• Track schedule and shutdown progress.
• Develop and execute PMO Project “Preventive Maintenance Optimisation” to keep the execution Preventive Maintenance program up to date.
• Assist in the preparation of technical procedures, work instructions, equipment, and systems evaluations.
• Evaluate differences between actual work performance and work instruction
estimates. Use this information to improve the quality and accuracy of planned work orders.
• Train plant artisans.

Qualification and Attributes :

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Engineering Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical with reliability engineering experience or proven significant on the job training in the field.
• Have good communication skills in the English language with an emphasis on writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and achieve required operational outputs. Must be self-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels and across a variety of cultures, both internally and externally, with positive effect.
• Good organizer and efficient resource allocator, skillfully handles formal procedures and informal processes with a high level of attention to detail.

Required Experience :

• At least 3 – 5 years’ maintenance engineering experience in a Supervisory role in an engineering environment.
• Proficiency with maintenance and reliability systems (ERP or CMMS, monitoring systems; SCADA, OsiSoft PI and/or databases in general).
• Quality systems such as 5S
• Experience in fixed plant facilities.
• Previous experience with RCM, FMEA, MTA or any other equipment strategy identification methodology.
• Experience with RCA, contamination control and/or maintenance KPI’s development.

3. Job Title: MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Supervise mechanical artisans on the floor.
• Conform to 5S quality standards.
• Manage shift roster, leave for fitters and riggers to always ensure coverage.
• Conduct daily safety meetings for the team.
• Review and execute weekly maintenance schedules and ensure priority maintenance activities are prioritized and managed effectively.
• Ensure the development and maintenance of up-to-date job procedures for all tasks performed within the function.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as directed by the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Review maintenance tasks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all mechanical maintenance and repair activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Prepare detailed technical reports on mechanical system performance, issues, and improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Enforce strict adherence to mechanical safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, machine guarding, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Perform regular inspections, testing, and diagnostics of mechanical systems using advanced tools and techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance of fixed plant equipment in a Supervisory role
• Must be Computer literate with competence in MS excel with exposure to SAP or equivalent.
• Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
• Proven ability to deliver results and act as a change agent.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and project management software
• Technical certification in electrical engineering a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team safely and improve team safety awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

4. Job Title: ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise mechanical artisans on the floor.
• Conform to 5S quality standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash protection, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review work progress, address technical issues, and provide guidance.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting skills development and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualification and Attributes :

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance of fixed plant equipment in a Supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human machine interfaces (HMIs).
• Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and project management software
• Technical certification in electrical engineering a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team safely and improve team safety awareness.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
