1. Pre-Grade Teacher 

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Required)
• Must be registered with Teaching Council of Zambia with valid practicing license.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess 2 years’ experience of teaching pre-grades at a reputable School.
• Knowledge of the new curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Experience in literacy will be an added advantage.
• Skills in music, singing and dancing will be an added advantage.
• Should have strong analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
• Must hold high levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Great communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.

2. Primary School Teacher

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Minimum Diploma in Primary Education.
• The teacher should be very good at teaching Mathematics and English.
• Must possess minimum 3 years teaching experience at Primary Education level at a reputable School.
• Must be registered with Teaching Council of Zambia with valid practicing license.
• Must be computer literate.
• Knowledge of the new curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Experience in literacy will be an added advantage.
• Skills in music, singing and dancing will be an added advantage.
• Should have strong analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
• Must hold high levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Great communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.

3. Secondary School Teacher (Science Teacher)

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education (Mathematics, Biology or Chemistry).
• Undergraduate degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of teaching Mathematics, Biology or Chemistry.
• Must be registered with Teaching Council of Zambia with valid practicing license.
• Possession of knowledge of the new curriculum.
• Must be computer literate.
• Should have strong analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
• Must hold high levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
