Kamono Farm Initiatives Limited is a fast growing, established company with a vision of changing the agribusiness landscape by offering a superior service full cycle farm activity that is market driven and getting farmers into the agribusiness economy as producers and consumers.
We are looking for able applicants to fill in the positions of Call Centre Agents fluent in either English, Lozi, Tonga, Nyanja or Bemba.
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1year experience in Customer Care or Call Centre.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Good Knowledge and understanding of customer care service
- Good knowledge on Agriculture and the Agribusiness or willing to learn
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team Building/Conflict Management
- Strong personality
- Supervisory skill
- Vibrant
