The MTN Graduate Development Programme combines both formal development as well as on-the-job development through placement into strategically aligned roles. The blended learning experiences will include critical experiences, and immersive experiences together with coaching and mentorship.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
