Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Lusaka. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, conducting competitor research, overseeing social media accounts, coordinating with the sales team, planning and organizing promotional events, and managing the marketing budget. The Marketing Manager will also be tasked with driving customer engagement and brand awareness through various marketing channels and managing inhiuse team as well as coreinate with brand agencies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Tram player with experience to manage local and temote teams
- Strong understanding of social media marketing techniques, analytical tools, deep linking, pixels etc
- Strong understanding of GA implementation and analysis
- Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and trend analysis
- Skills in social media management and content creation
- Excellent organizational, project management, and coordinating skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
