Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that engage our customers and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for innovative fintech solutions, and a deep understanding of Zambia’s market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our digital neobanking products and services.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee the management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and fintech innovations to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in digital marketing.
  • Strong exposure to digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly creative with an analytical mindset, capable of driving data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the fintech or banking sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment.
